Que: I had an FUT procedure, with 3747 grafts, almost 5 months back. I removed the scabs only after a month, because I was worried that I might end up disturbing the graft. Although there was very little shedding of transplanted hair, I did have a lot of shock loss. When I touch my scalp, I can feel tiny stubs, but people have told me that these should have actually fallen off. My scalp feels incredibly irregular and I can see a few stubs fall off, every day. Most importantly, there is no growth in the transplanted or shock loss hair, but my doctor does not seem too perturbed by the same. What should I do?

Ans: It is not completely unheard of that there is very less or very slow growth after 5 months of a hair transplant surgery. However, only the doctor who operated on you will be able to give you a proper diagnosis and provide you with a future course of treatment.
