A 26 yrs old male presented with the complaint less hairgrowth on beard since puberty. He had already taken some medicine to regrow hair on beard from some other clinic without any improvement. So, he had come to look for the option of hair transplant at our clinic if possible. After detail history and clinical examination we found that he was having congenital hypotrichia of the beard. On hair analysis, hair density was 80FU/cm2. He chose FUE Hair transplant from scalp for beard reconstruction. He was given 2300 grafts in one day. The surgery was uneventful and the patient was discharged in a satisfactory condition. We are hereby presenting his pictures 2 years post surgery.
